Ibraaz is preparing for the launch of Platform 006 on 6th November 2013, with contributions by Rana Hamadeh, Walter D. Mignolo, Shaheen Merali, Tsolin Nalbantian, Mariam Motamedi-Fraser, Daniel Berndt, Rona Sela, Setareh Shahbazi, Katia Kameli, Maryam Jafri, Maha Maamoun, Mona Marzouk, Jumana Manna and Adelina von Fürstenberg, amongst many others.
Following the 006 launch, Ibraaz will stage Future Imperfect, a symposium organised in collaboration with Tate Modern on the 9th of November 2013.
Confirmed speakers include: Raqs Media Collective, Douglas Coupland, Tony Chakar, Anthony Downey, Todd Reisz, Joana Hadjithomas and Khalil Joreige, Tarek El Ariss, Khalid Abdalla, Zineb Sedira, Abdelkader Damani, Omar Berrada, Bassam El Baroni, Amir Mousawi and Marcos De Andres.
